Application and interview process

• Complete the application and send in with current test scores and processing fee (see checklist below).
• Briarwood staff will:
  • Review materials and test scores.
    
  • Conduct a screening/assessment session with your child.
    
  • Meet with you for a parent interview.
    

Based on staff assessment and current enrollment status, your child may be offered the opportunity to enroll, at which time you may apply for tuition assistance, if needed.

Checklist for application

Please ensure your packet includes all of the following items and mail to the address below:

• Completed application (available as a .pdf below, or by contacting the main number)
  
• $100 non-refundable processing fee, in the form of a personal check
  
• Copies of current (within 2 years) testing:
  
  • Intelligence test: WISC-IV or WAIS-III or TONI (including scaled scores)
    
  • Academic testing (Woodcock-Johnson or Wechsler Individual Achievement Test)
    
• Current School Achievement test scores
  
• Enrollment Application (pdf)

School Uniforms

Briarwood does require its students to wear school uniforms. You may purchase uniforms at any Parker Uniforms location, or purchase through their website at www.parkersu.com. Make sure and enter ID Code: HO201264 to view uniforms for Briarwood.
